Have You Activated Your Card?
EFFCU is currently in the process of converting all Visa Credit Cards to include EMV Chip Technology that provides enhanced protection against fraud for all in-person transactions. These credit cards are being issued over a three month period ranging from June - September. Upon receipt of your new card be certain to activate it immediately, and to destroy your old card. Additionally, because it will have a new account number, you will have to update any recurring payments that are currently linked to your old card.
