New Internet Banking & Bill Pay System
We are very excited for the arrival of our new improved website and Internet Banking system on Wednesday, November 5th. With the change to the new Internet Banking and Bill Pay system everyone must re-enroll as a new user on or after November 5th. We understand that change is not always easy and we will have staff ready to help you during this transition. Please visit our website Mocse.org for more information on the new services and when extended support hours will be available.
Easy New User enrollment process:
- Visit www.Mocse.org and select New User in the Internet Banking Login area
- Enter your Account Number (Member Number)
- Enter the Random Code (a new security feature)
- Enter your PIN (the last four of the primary member’s Social Security #)
- Provide some basic information to verify your identity
- Zip code
- Date of Birth (primary member)
- e-mail address if we do not have an email on record
- Change password – enter your new password
- Create a Security Key, this word will display at each login
- Create a User ID. Must contain a letter and cannot include your account number or Social Security #
- Setup challenge questions (a.k.a. multi-factor authentication/MFA questions) for security
Critical Dates to remember!
This important timeline details the critical dates and transition to our new Internet Banking and Bill Pay systems.
|10/28/2014||The last day to access Bill Pay and schedule or change payments in the current Bill Pay system. You can schedule bills into the future and they will transfer to the new system on 11/5/2014.|
|No access to Bill Pay services. Scheduled payments will still process however, you will not be able to add, change or delete any bills during this time.|
