If you do receive a text, email or phone call asking you about a specific transaction and asking if you made the transaction, please respond to the inquiry. If you did make the transaction, this will help you quickly get your card unblocked and re-activated. If you did not make the transaction in question, this will help lock down the card faster, to stop more fraudulent transactions from hitting the account. The phone number that will appear for debit card transactions is 855-293-2456.
